	Tour of wine.. divine born from the idea of a young information technologist that, for passion, fun and personal enrichment, decides to organize some wine – and – food paths with friends to the rediscovery of wine – cellars, wines and holidays on the farms in zones with strong wine - growing disposition. The enthusiasm of the people present and the best success of days have given the go – ahead to this extraordinary travel for me, with the purpose to organize tours among wine – cellars and pleasant lunches in holidays on the farms or typical eating – house, with a care to every details. Tour of wine.. divine for who wants to pass a day stuffed of wines with an historical glamour, delicious meals and wonderful places but above all with people who, thanks to their personal job and passion, have contributed to make sure that in a chalice there isn’t only a wonderful nectar, but more often than not attractive tales, life histories, legends, real myths. Monferrato, Langhe, Valtellina, Franciacorta and Valpolicella. Or if you prefer, Piemonte Lombardia and Veneto. Or more Barbera, Nebbiolo, Barolo, Barbaresco, Spumanti, Prosecchi, Amarone, Ripasso, Recioto... These are the starting – points of this project, until the discovery of great wines that these regions and these zones in particularly, are able to offer. The paths will articulate on visit in wine – cellar to the discovery of territories, vineyards and vineyard job, of wine – making and grape refining techniques, guided wine tasting, lunch in holiday on the farm, typical eating – house and during the afternoon visits in historical hamlets, but also visits with tasting in some confectionery industries or that produce typical products of the interested areas. To participate will be the occasion to pass a different day, amusing and extremely interesting, meeting people, discovering a new world, that of the wine, or for who already knows it, knowing a new way to drink the wine. The gastronomic delights will be an excellent side – dish and a very good way to accompany the tasting. In program there are also days dedicated to the grape harvest and full week ends that will give the possibility to better know places, people, paths, traditions..
