Luigi Palermo

I’m Luigi and I’m 31 years old.
In 2003 I have taken a degree in informatics and in the same year I moved from Palermo to Milan where I still develop software mainly for big bank groups.

For passion, during the evening, I worked for a year in a wine house, place where my passion for the wine took the upper hand, is grown, so much to take me to attend a wine tasting course to better understand what there is that chalice..

I keep on pursuing my passion for the wine reading sectorial magazines and discovering wines directly from the producers. It’s almost incredible how a sole day passed in contact with a producer can “change” the wine taste, to enrich it of history, memories, often also emotions. This is a learning that people keep on owning and reliving every time they buy and drink that wine in the wine house or just in the everyday life.

From this begins my project.

I’m who organizes these events, who answers to your mails, the person with whom you can talk on the phone and again I’m who will take you by some wine cellars, already visited and chosen from me.

I hope that the enthusiasm which has taken me to realize this project can involve people which are reading these lines and that one day this page can be full of faces that collaborate with me to my “tour of wine.. divine”.

Laura Pulita

I’m Laura and I’m 24 years old.
My passion for travels, for the world, for different culture and people, brought me to choose the languages. First at the college and then at the university. Several stays abroad, above all in France, take me to develop always more the desire and the necessity to communicate, to have relationships with people who speak a different language from mine, who have habits, traditions, different stories.

I attended for a short time a languages school in Paris, I followed courses in Vienna and in Great Britain and I also had a wonderful experience like au pair girl in Germany. Living in an other country, close to people completely new, is certainly a strong experience, that requires a lot of courage and a balanced choice that scars and fascinates.

I collaborate with a sponsorship association, correcting materials in English and French. I worked for several years at the Craft Fair, always in the same Lithuanian stand, as seller and translator

I attended a stage by the carmaker Citroën, developing economical skills and improving my French knowledge. At the end of 2007 I had a job by the Barclays Bank in the Lending Management. Thanks to this job I have every day the possibility to use the business English.

From just few weeks I have started to appreciate the wine taste, his infinite aromas and colours and I felt the need to look for information, to understand the meaning of new scents and of delicate and strong tastes, of “aftertaste” sophisticated and simple, at the same time.

Travelling, writing, discovering. This starts all from the man need to express oneself, to “feel oneself live”. To feel oneself live communicating, reading, understanding. To feel oneself live raising a wine chalice and discovering in that simple gesture, in that glass, different smells and tastes and really another world.
